Tracfone Motorola W376 Finally a Bluetooth Tracfone
The Tracfone Motorola W376 now comes with BlueTooth 2.0 enabled. This phone is a GSM phone that works on AT&T or T-Mobile networks. If you have good coverage in your area by AT&t then the phone you get will be set to work on the At&T Network.
The W376 looks like it is the little brother to the best selling Motorola Razr. The new W376g is thicker but narrower. The keyboard is the same flat design as the Razr. Both the Tracfone W376 and the Razr have the distinctive Motorola Chin. The Chin makes these phones easier to hold on to for one handed texting.
The Moto W376g is a Single Rate Phone
Calls made anywhere in the United States are one unit per minute. You will only pay one unit per minute for local, long distance and roaming calls. Tracfone and Sister company NET10 are the only prepaid cell phone companies in the United States that have reasonable roaming rates. Most Prepaid phones do not offer roaming. If another prepaid company does offer roaming you will pay up to 60 cents per minute.
International Tracfone Calls
Calls to over sixty international areas will only cost you one unit per minute with the W376g. Check out International Calling at the Tracfone.com web site. Most of Mexico, South America, and Canada can all be called for one unit per minute.
W376 texting
Tracfone W376g texting rates are .3 units per text in and out. This is a lot better than the .5 units per text on some of the older Tracfones.

Tracfone has come out with a new bonus program. You can purchase a Double Minutes for Life card (DMFL) for and install it on your phone. Then any time as long as you own that phone you will get twice the minutes [on|stated on the Tracfone Minute Card. This Unlimited Double minutes for life currently comes with your Moto W376g.
Battery life on the Tracfone W376g
The W376g uses the BQ50 Lithium Ion battery. This is a large Battery so the battery life is should be very good. The battery should last up to 10 days between charges. This depends on your usage and where you are. If you are on the fringe of cell coverage your phone will work a lot harder to keep coverage and go through your charge quicker..
Tracfone Bluetooth Phone
The first Bluetooth enabled phone from Tracfone is the Motorola W376. You will now be able to use a Bluetooth 2.0 headset with your Motorola W376g. It is safer to drive totally hands free which you can do with the new phone
Web Access and Downloading Ring Tones
The web access allowed by Tracfone with their phones is pretty limited but that may be changing. Many options for searching the web just cannot be done yet.
Moto W376 Feel
The new W376 has a nice solid feel. I like the keyboard and the heft of the phone. The W376 is the same size and feel as the W370 and the W375. It is big enough when unfolded it comfortably fits your face to talk (even if you have a big head). It easily fits into your pocket when folded.

Ipone 3gs 4.2.1 wont jailbreak
I am Living in the United states Using my Canadian Telus service in my buddies back up Iphone that he lent and it was hacked and was out of date. not knowing the consequences I attempted to update it to the newest software and was going to re jailbreak it. but its not jailbreaking and the Phone wont unlock? I've tried downgrading to a lower firmware and everything else. I've tried pwnage tool, greenpois0n, Redsn0w, limra1n but it wont work I would hate to lose money on having to buy my friend a new one. Please Please help!!! Ive tried everything from Greenpois0n, Limara1n Redsn0w and nothing seems to be working. If you could please send me a video response on how to fix this it would be much appreciated!!!

Security Systems For Boats
Your guide to boat security.
Here is an overview of the options available:
What is monitored? Bilge water level - using a bilge-water alarm sensor. The simplest form is a float switch which can send a signal to a central alarm system.
Smoke and carbon monoxide - detectors can send a signal to the alarm control box.
Gas leak - using a gas detector with terminals for a gas cut off solenoid valve.
Intruder alarms - such as door switches and pressure mats.
Dinghy and outboard removal - using a continuity cable.
Geographical position - using GPS. A 'geo-fence' is created around the boat's position, when the boat leaves this area an alarm is triggered.
A webcam - can be linked to most systems so you can actually see the boat for yourself.
What information is transmitted? In marina based systems, a warning is displayed on the control panel and a member of staff will check the boat's security.
A GSM based (non GPS) system will send a message to the owner to alert them of any problem.
A GPS system will send a text message. With a service contract, the service provider will alert the police if there has been a theft. A GPS system can track the boat anywhere and will warn by text or email.
Doing it yourself Professionally installed systems are less likely to result in false alarms and unnecessary travelling, but it is possible to do it yourself.
You can buy sensor components individually and wire them together with a control box. The warning signal can then be transmitted to a GSM modem and the signal is sent to a mobile phone network of your choice. Alternatively, buy a dedicated alarm kit, complete with sensors, and send the signal to a pay as you go GSM modem.
Another option is to buy and fit a full boat kit, including GSM modem and GPS receiver or with a satellite modem and GPS receiver.
Wired or wireless? The easiest way to set up a system is wirelessly - there is no need to run cables from each detector to the control unit. However, each detector needs its own battery for its wireless transmitter and you may not be able to incorporate bilge water, smoke or gas detectors unless you can find wireless varieties.
With a low number of detectors required on a small boat, it is recommended to opt for a wired system.
Where to buy a kit? There are many companies which supply security equipment. If you make up your own system then your components may consist of:

In conclusion A non-communicating system with an external alarm will just make a noise, annoy people and will probably be ignored. If your normal berth is in a marina, you can use their wireless security system if they provide one. This will only work in a marina with the same system, so you'll have no protection if you leave the boat elsewhere. Be sure to contact them and check for availability and pricing.
A system communicating via GSM phone link can send messages to one or more phone numbers. They may also be able to send email messages or even voice messages to your phone. They will work only when in range of your mobile service provider's network and will incur roaming charges if you go abroad. For long stays abroad you could use a local pay as you go SIM card. This can be a relatively cheap option with no monthly contract. Some of these can link your PC to a website where you can view a map showing the position of your boat.
